The moves: Start with Incline Dips

This whole upper body workout will strengthen your chest, triceps and the front of your shoulder muscles.  

The difficulty level: The one we are doing in the video will get your muscles shaking. For an easier option, put your feet on the ground.

The burn factor: 10/10

The move: Next move onto the Lateral Jumps 

This exercise is great for sports that involve sprinting, jumping and quick change of direction. 

The difficulty level: Try and land as lightly as possible. 

The burn factor: 10/10

The move: The final move is the press up twist

As well as working the upper body, this move will help improve flexibility in the hip and groin. 

The difficulty level: Squeeze tight your abs and glutes to keep your bottom down. 

The burn factor: 10/10
