The moves: Start with Incline Diamond Push Ups

This move targets your triceps more than any other push up. The key is to make your thumbs touch, your index fingers touch and keep your elbows close to your body.

The difficulty level: We've got to be honest... this is difficult, remember to focus on your breathing. 

The burn factor: 10/10

The moves: Next is the One Legged Squat 

The full range motion will simultaneously train strength, balance, and mobility, so it's worth the effort. 

The difficulty level: Keep your balance, If you're starting out for the first time, squat down onto a chair or hold onto a pole/bar until you feel comfortable enough to do it without any assistance. 

The burn factor: 10/10

The move: Finish with the Advanced V Sit Up 

This move is perfect for maximizing abdominal strength. 

The difficulty level: It can be quite challenging for beginners as it requires a certain amount of core strength and balance.

The burn factor: 10/10
