Take a day at a time: Instead of thinking so far ahead, take each day as it comes, you don’t have to wait for the start of the week or a new month to make changes. Let’s focus on today: can you drink more, aim to walk for 20 minutes, find some time to get to the gym or simply make time to start the day with a balanced breakfast.
