Shopping for jeans is stressful. It’s right up there with wearing a bikini and hunting for a new house (okay, maybe not as stressful as that last one, but close).

Thankfully Selfridges, with the help of ELLE, opened a Denim Studio with an array of jeans, sage advice and even alterations on offer.

This weekend Zaggora, the brand with the heat generating workout clothes that help you burn more calories (oh yes!), has personal trainers in the studio offering up a little extra morale support and top tips on how to be 'Denim Fit'.

Depending on the denim style you choose – skinny, high-waisted or low-ride – the trainers will share specific exercises to get you stretching, toning and ahem, lifting parts of your body so it looks its best in your new jeans. And not that we’re supporting the trend for bums hanging out of hot pants, but there will be advice if you're in the market for some festival shorts...

Zaggora Personal Trainers will be at the Selfridges Denim Studio (third floor), London from Friday 19 – Sunday 21 July, 12:30pm onwards. There’s no need to book or bring gym kit and the sessions run every half hour. You'll also be able to purchase Zaggora pieces in the Denim Studio from now until August 18.
