And then the morning comes and our core feels no stronger. We’ve all been there right? Guys? Ok so we’re all on the same page and we all want a killer core workout that gets results.
A stronger core is essential for everything from maintaining a good posture to running faster, having more stamina and nailing the cool moves in yoga. So with that in mind, we spoke to Nike Master trainer Joslyn Thompson to find out how to work our core in the most efficient way.
