Recently ELLEFit combined our two favourite things, Justin Bieber and dancing. It was epic. Seen on Screen offer dance classes and workshops so we can all prepare for being in a music video for when the time comes and Beyonce calls. 
It's a hell of a lot of fun and as bonus, a brilliant workout. So you can get your twerk on in your living room, the experts there have broken it down move-by-move for us. Follow these steps and watch the magic happen. 

The Beyoncé drop (with hairography!)

Step 1. Step on your right leg and turn to the right
Step 2. Step your left leg behind you and bend your knees until your left knee is on the floor
Step 3: Whip your hair (think right ear to right shoulder, and whip your hair round to the left)
Step 4: Open your left leg to the side so you're in a plie (pronouced pliay) and join your right leg to your left
Step 4: Push off the floor and arch your back 
Tip: hold your core the whole time so your abs support your body weight. It's a brilliant ab workout. There's a reason Beyoncé and JLo have wash board stomachs!


Hip Isolations

Hip isolations are great for toning your obliques, legs and glutes. They also go with ANY song.
Step 1. Bend your knees and place your hands on your hips
Step 2. Push your left hip down. Your right hip will naturally go up
Step 3. Now push your right hip down
Step 4. Repeat x 4

Bonus move

 
Step 1. Jump your right foot in front of your left 
Step 2. Bend your knees as you push your hips around to the left
Step 3. Drop it like it's hot!
Tip: Add arms like the SOS dancers have done in this gif!
