I don’t know about you but I have a love / hate relationship with Instagram. I have a tendency to follow mega fit women whose abs make me hate myself. And despite my best intentions, I cant help but scroll. But it doesn’t have to be like that, people. Follow the right accounts and you might just get some useful workout advice or actual inspiration and motivation to workout. Here are five of our favourite Instagram personal trainers and teachers to help you get back to those squats. Power to the fit girl. 

Who: Massy Arias @massy.arias

Why: This girl is strong. The personal trainer and internet sensation posts regular workout videos that will bring some variety to your routine along with uplifting pep talks when you need them the most.

Who: Kaisa and Jennifer @TwoBadBodies

Why: This duo are bags of fun. The workouts are playful (and hardcore) and their zest for adventure races is inspiring for all strong women out there.

Who: Hannah Bronfman @hannahbronfman

Why: We have always been a big fan of her strong body and mind. The DJ also posts great healthy recipes to fuel your workouts.

Who: Cassey Ho @blogilates

Why: When you just need someone who is positive all the time to make you work out, Cassey is your girl. Her YouTube account offers hundreds of workouts of different descriptions and she is not afraid to do some real talk about body issues.

Who: Lindsey Vonn @lindseyvonn

Why: For some athletic inspiration. The Olympic skier documents most of her workouts and you cant help but admire a girl who trains as hard as she does.
