Day 5: 42Raw Energy Balls

You need:
100g Raisins

50g Apricots

50g Walnuts

50g Sunflower seeds

8g Coconut oil/butter

10g Cacao powder

For the coating:
Shredded coconut
Spirulina
Method:
Grind the sunflower seeds using a processor until fine. Add the walnuts and cacao powder and grind together with sunflower seeds.
Add coconut butter and process with dry ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
Add the raisins, apricots and process together until entire mixture is even.
Shape into balls and roll in a mix of shredded coconut and spirulina.
