Day 3: ‘Cheese’ and Crackers (makes one portion)

Cheese recipe:

100g of cashew nuts

2g sea salt

Garlic clove

1 lime juiced

Small bunch of chives (chopped)

Method:
Soak the cashew nuts for 24 hours. Blend the soaked nuts with the salt, garlic and lime juice until smooth. Add chopped of chives.
Crackers recipe:
50g Linseeds

50g sunflower seeds

30g sundried tomatoes

10g onion

30ml cold water

Method:
Blend the ingredient s in a processor. Spread onto baking paper, cut into rectangles and put in a Dehydradetor for 24 hours. Alternatively bake in an oven on a low heat until crisp.
Serve with sliced tomatoes.
