Day 2: Seattle Green Juice

Ingredients:

One cucumber

Three celery sticks

Two pinches of spinach

Half-inch ginger

Squeeze of lemon

Method:

Juice the cucumber and blend with the celery sticks, spinach, ginger and lemon.
