Sweaty Betty is sponsoring Glöanna’s 5K Yoga Run which will be held in Battersea Park, Saturday 19 July.

The morning will start with a shot of prosecco and coconut water, before a 5K run around the park (it has been confirmed that you can run, walk or dance this stretch of the morning, there will be live music along the course). Post 5K, you will enjoy a refreshing coconut water and matcha tea drink before partaking in 45 minutes of flow yoga led by Dani Olds that will help you stretch out after the run. You’ll be split into beginner and intermediate/advanced groups to ensure everyone gets as much as they can from the session.

The yoga will be followed by a sushi and prosecco brunch, while you listen to yogi/DJ Marcus Veda. As a congrats for completing the run/yoga session Sweaty Betty will be giving everybody one of their Athlete Vests.
