• Supplement your diet with some extra vitamins and minerals. Jason recommends taking something like a Super Greens powder every day.

• Make your first three juices in the morning – drink your first one and store your second and third in flasks to drink during the day. Make your fourth ‘dinner’ juice fresh in the evening.

• Use organic produce where possible to bypass any potentially harmful herbicides and pesticides.
