Treat - Twister
Calories – 76
Activity – Beach Stroll
Time – 30mins
Twisters are already a guilt-free, low calorie treat that leave us at EBT feeling a little nostalgic, so a stroll down the beach seems a perfect match. For a taut derriere and legs choose Breast Stroke, which has added health benefits for the heart and lungs. If you’re up for it go for the tricky Butterfly to lift the chest and upper arms. Finally, if you’re aiming for defined shoulders then Back Stroke is ideal.
