Kim ramped up her training pre-wedding by enlisting the help of celebrity trainers Tracy Anderson and Gunnar Peterson. Tracy said, 'We don’t want to take away Kim’s amazing curves, so we just do specific movements to tighten the skin and to pull the muscles tight against the bone.' Tracy created a twice day workout for Kim to do, and she met with Gunnar to do exercises like curls and lunges two to three times per week.
Anne went from playing girl-next-door Emma in One Day to shooting the latest Batman movie (she's Catwoman, meow!). To get in shape Anne called on New York based trainer Joe Dowdell (he founded the Peak Performance gym in NYC) doing plenty of cardio and weights to get in tip-top condition. She's been mixing it up with 90-minute Bikram yoga sessions (the hot one) that helps get you super bendy - just like our feline friends.
