'Every morning, I see these cool girls in London going to yoga. I was in love with their hair,' Anthony Turner said backstage at Prabal Gurung's Fall 2018 show. 'I thought, we should put a 'yoga bun' on the runway. Get it off their shoulders and necks to really showcase the clothes, then let the hair just escape in the bun any way it wants.'

To make the look—sleek in front, Savasana in the back—Turner blow-dried the hair, then combed Wella Professionals EIMI Extra Volume Mousse through it with a paddle brush. He made a figure eight-knot with the ponytail, then pinned it up without thinking. 'The faster you do it, the better,' Turner said. And then...he used...that comb/headband thing we all had in 7th grade.

'Isn't it great?' he asked. 'You can get it from Amazon or at the drugstore. It's kind of throwback but it's so useful that I think it's really cool.' To complete the look, secure and smooth the bun with Wella's EIMI Stay Firm spray, then take makeup artist Diane Kendal's advice and stay lit with two of our favorite highlights: Glow With It for darker skin tones and Beaming Blush for lighter ones. You can also play with her super subtle, super pretty smoky eye, using a very light hand to trace the entire upper and lower lashes with a soft brown shadow (and filling in the top lid), working a bit of darker brown shadow into the outer corners, and adding a subtle metallic topper (think creamy, shimmery lip gloss, but for eyes) at the end. The effect takes the look past après-yoga, and into something a little more transcendent.
