There's a hair selfie and then there's a Huawei 360˚ hair selfie. You see, at the luxe Larry King Salon in West London, you can now view your hair being styled from all angles – and take home the footage so you can recreate the look.
The innovation, from tech company Huawei, comes via a mechanical arm installation – designed to hold its latest smartphone which films your hair appointment.
You get a panoramic view of the 'do as it happens, portraits captured of the finished look and timelapse video footage of the whole thing.
The salon's head hair honcho, Larry King, explains, 'not only will our clients be able to share their new style with friends on social media but now, for the first time ever, they'll even be able to learn to get the look themselves.' They've thought of everything.
