Remember when you were five and the most urgent thing you had to spend your pocket money on was new additions to your 3D sticker book?

Now remember that time you were like, 'I really need to put 3D stickers all over my hair'.

Ok, that probably didn't happen. But thanks to NYC-based Bumble&Bumble hair stylist Allen Thomas Wood, 3D sticker hair is now totally a thing and our love for all things 90s nostalgia means we're weirdly into it.

Between glitter space buns and spray painted stencil hair, festival hair trends have always been 'fun', but they've also always been a little impossible to achieve. Hands up who just owns a laser cut hair stencil? We thought so.

Which is why 3D sticker hair is the lazy girl's festival hair trend that, after two days without showering and feeling a little worse for wear, you could actually achieve.

According to Wood, you literally stick the stickers (clue's in the name) onto your hair using a tail comb to press them in and you're done. No crazy complicated fishtail braids, or glitter getting everywhere (seriously it's like sand, how does it even get in sandwiches?), just press and go.

And if you're feeling extra jazzy, why not just stick them straight on to your face Taylor Hill style?

Arguably not the most sophisticated of looks ever, but gosh darn is it cute.
