At the Teen Choice Awards in LA we loved Leighten Meester’s simple, toned down version of Twenty8Twelve’s grungy plaits. Resident ELLE.TV hair stylist Luke Hersheson says ‘rather than being tough and ‘London’, this hair style has been made more glamorous for the red carpet.
