<p>Mayfair salon FOUR London has worked with juice expert Katia Philips to create four different hair juices, designed to nourish hair from the inside out. The four juices each target a different hair concern: Strengthen, Protect, Shine and our personal favourite, Growth.</p><p><strong>Make Your Own:</strong> Spinach, watercress, fennel, apple, cucumber and burdock tincture</p><p><strong>Hair Benefits:</strong> If you can get over the slightly scary green colour, this juice not only delicious, but also comes packed with a whole host of benefits. Your scalp will thank you for the burdock tincture – a powerful ingredient that tackles dandruff, hair loss and itching. The Vitamin K in the dark leafy greens with prevent thinning and help keep your hair generally healthy, whilst thecucumber adds that extra touch of TLC and nourishment.</p>

<p>Neville Salon offers an impressive menu of juices including: Shine On, Good Hair Day, Healthy Hair Growth and possibly the most powerful of the lot, the Biotin Booster.</p><p>Make your Own: Shot of wheatgrass juice, cucumber, spinach, almonds and apples.</p><p>Hair Benefits: The ingredients may be less fruitier than some of the other juices, but Biotin Booster sure packs a punch when it comes to hair health. The wheatgrass juice contains protein, vitamin E and other nutrients that can help repair dry, brittle or damaged hair. The pantothenic acid in the cucumber and the beta-carotene in the spinach will promote healthy hair development. A firm favourite is Jus De L’Atelier, formulated especially for the salon by Radiance Cleanse to promote hair health.</p><p><strong>Make your own:</strong> Carrots, beetroot, parsley, cucumber and orange.</p><p><strong>Hair Benefits:</strong> In hair terms, cucumber is rich in silica, a mineral that will strengthen the hair fibres and the orange, beetroot and parsley combination provide a big helping of Vitamin C, which holds antioxidant properties that prevent hair loss.</p>
