The New Wave is all about effortlessly cool hair, but make sure people still ask, ‘how did you do that?’ The key is to style hair in a brushed-out wave without too much bounce. London Hairdresser of the Year, Cos Sakkas, says, ‘use curling irons and curl the hair, but leave the roots straight. Once the curl is done, use serum or a soft wax to create shine and lightly brush out the curls.’ We love Kent brushes for finishing the hair.
