We’ve been struggling to Keep Up with Kendall this season as she power-walks the runways of all four fashion capitals. Appearances at top shows like Givenchy, Balmain, Dolce & Gabbanna and Fendi are bound to ensure a girl maintains a certain level of fitness but, naturally, that's not all there is to it – as the breakout Kardashian star revealed to E! News.

Here are three key things we've learned about staying in tip-top shape, Jenner–style.

1. Never turn down a brew. ‘I usually start my day off with a cup of detox tea,’ says Kendall. ‘I have like 12 cups a day.’

2. She's a potential ELLE Running Club recruit: ‘I like running. I've been trying to get back into it.’

3. Pull a Houdini from fashion after-parties. ‘My beauty secret for fashion week is just getting a good amount of sleep. I feel like I at least need about seven hours, [or] eight hours of sleep to function.’
