Kim Kardashian may have her glam squad to thank for getting her #selfie-ready, but she works hard for that #BreakTheInternet physique. In a new interview detailing 24 hours of a day in her with Harper's Bazaar, Kim lays out her typical diet and workout plan. Here, we break it down by the numbers.

6: AM, the hour that she rises. "The first person I talk to is Kanye because he's right there next to me in bed," she says. "I'll say, 'Do you want to go for a run?' And he usually does. Or he won't because he has a workout, so we'll just talk about that, then kisses."

35: Minutes, the amount of time Kim spends running on the trails near her home.

60-75: Minutes, the length of her typical daily workout. After running, she likes to do toning exercises in her home gym. Her soundtrack of choice? R&B or classical music. ("When I go to Barry's Bootcamp, they put on dance music or house music sometimes, and that slows me down," she says. Whodathunk?)

2: Professionals who help keep Kim and Kanye's diet in top gear (nutritionist and personal chef). "Kanye loves to eat really healthy and is always on different diets. He has a chef who comes in the morning and cooks breakfast for both of us and gets our meal plans together for the day." Kim's usual starter meal of choice? "Scrambled eggs or oatmeal, or a protein shake with fruit."

10: Days, the frequency that Kimye's nutritionist changes up the couple's diet.

1: The amount of sweet-tooth cravings that Kim usually allows herself to indulge each day, by way of Justin's peanut butter or almond butter packets. (She eats them plain, which is totally fair, because they're awesome.)

10: The number of Equal packets she used to put in her iced tea. "I used to drink a ton of iced tea, but I've cut back," she admits. "I had the craziest addiction to Equal."

3: The number of Equal packets she puts in her iced tea now. (Kourtney convinced her to alter her ways.)

1: The number of coffees she usually drinks per month.

0: The cocktails and desserts she typically allows herself. On occasion, she'll indulge in Häagen-Dazs Dulce de Leche, her "favourite thing in life."

At the end of the day, aside from Kanye, she credits motherhood for her newfound health kick. "I think after you have a baby you want everything to be as pure as possible," she says. "I want to set an example and to be natural and healthy. It's a decision Kanye and I made, to see a nutritionist together. Also, I think anything could help if I'm trying to get pregnant." Sure, it must be nice to have a nutritionist and personal chef on board. But after seeing her ridic beauty routine, we kind of were expecting a dietary regime that was less...normal?
