Tuck Jump Burpee
What isn't there to LOVE and to HATE about the burpee; it truly is a fat blasting, high intensity full body exercise. Not only do you get your heart rate up and boost the metabolism but also target pretty much every muscle group in the body.
Start in standing position
Jump up tucking your knees into your chest
Land in a low squat and reach your hands towards the floor
Place your hands down and kick your legs back so your body is in a push up position
Try your best to jump both feet back at the same time
Jump both feet into your chest and the jump straight up in the air and tuck your knees into your chest for the tuck jump
Do as many as you can in 60 seconds.
To make this move more advanced you can bring your chest all the way towards the floor when you are down in the push up position.
To make it easier you can jump one foot back at a time
