Round the World Squat
This cardio twist on the squat is brilliant for targeting the butt and legs at the same time as getting the heart rate up, making it a big calorie burner!
Sit back as if sitting into a chair putting the weight in the heels and keeping the chest up
Come down so that your thighs are parallel to the floor and pulse twice at the bottom
Push up into a jump and as you rise try and turn 90 degrees to your right keeping your core engaged
Land back in your seated squat position and pulse twice
Repeat until you have gone round the world and then go in the opposite direction. Do as many as you can in 60 seconds!
