Standing Side Crunch

This week's #MondayMove is a 'standing abs move that, not only works the obliques and banishes those love handles, also works the arms and shoulders,' says Anya Lahiri, trainer at Barry's Bootcamp.

Stand with feet slightly wider than hip width

Raise arms in the air, using dumbbells, water or to make it easier, weight free

Rotate your right knee out as far to the side as is comfortable 

As you raise and rotate knee out crunch your right elbow to touch the knee

Return to start position and repeat on the other side

Work both side for 60 seconds
