Sit on your tailbone on a raised surface
Hold something weighted at your chest
Raise your legs off the floor, bending your knees and keeping your chest lifted
Straighten out your legs leaning back slightly and pushing the weight above your head
Return to the start position, bringing your knees and the weight back into your chest Repeat for 60 seconds and try to keep your feet off the floor the whole time
