Designer high street collaborations have gone before, but at Richard Nicoll’s London Fashion Week show he revealed his partnership with activewear brand Sweaty Betty and its founder Tamara Hill-Norton, that fuses fashion and fitness like never before.

The 10-piece collection was expertly woven throughout the looks in Nicoll’s catwalk show, worn under loose smoky grey knits and pastel, lilac foil-like jackets.

The technical fabrics and high performance pieces we’ve come to expect from Sweaty Betty were there, but given a twist thanks to a theme of muted hues and Japanese-inspired prints that ran throughout Nicoll’s s/s 2015 collection.

The Sweaty Betty for Richard Nicoll collection will be in stores January 2015.
