Triathlons. Unless you’re a competent swimmer, cyclist and runner the thought of one is likely to fill you with dread. Well, we have the solution, why not take on the Urban Tri?

Swimming is swapped out and in its place, 45-minutes of hot yoga courtesy of Yotopia – this stage gets you limbered up and involves some strength work to prepare you for the next stage – a 5k run.

The run led by Sweatshop takes you from Yotopia in Covent Garden around the beautiful St. James’ Park, along the river and up to Boom Cycle in Holborn.

This stage is 8k of full-on indoor cycling, boosted by pumping beats and the founder, Hilary’s infectiously energetic personality. 

The first to leave the studio at Boom is the winner (but you'll be having too much fun to care anyway); thankfully there are showers stocked with Ren products so you can freshen up post-event.
