After riding the tube and rushing around to and from appointments, the first thing I do is apply a pump to my hands. I feel like I can touch my lovely white keyboard without spreading bacteria this way.
Scented Oil: Aromatherapy Associates Support Breath Essence £15.50
For those overwhelming moments, when things are flying at me from every direction, I just take a good long lungful of this and I feel instantly grounded.
Face Mist: Caudalie Beauty Elixir, £32 at Boots
I'm OBSESSED with mists. I have one by my bed, in my handbag, by the sofa at home, and this is my all time favourite. The minty rosemary is super refreshing and clean, my skin feels instantly refreshed.
Nail Polish: Essie polish in Sugar Daddy, £9.95 at Look Fantastic
I love this nudey pink shade, its totally understated and my hands look instantly expensively groomed (sometimes far from the truth).

While I only ever switch between classic red and neon pink, a lipstick is practically a daily essential for me. And touching up after lunch time is made so much easier by having them littering my desk...
Supplements: Neal’s Yard Remedies Beauty Boost, £18.95
I’m (still) trying to grow my hair and have been working my way through numerous pots of vitamins and supplements. I’m not sure if they work, but promising to promote skin, hair and nails, I’m willing to give them a try and if they weren’t sitting on my desk, I’d no doubt forget.

Balm: Jurlique Love Balm, £10
This orange-scented pot of balm is perfect for lips, cuticles and any dry patches I may have, especially in the run-up to winter.
Face Mist: Neal’s Yard Remedies White Tea Facial Mist, £10.50
Our office’s air conditioning system leaves a lot to be desired and my skin really suffers. One spritz of this hydrating, refreshing mist leaves my complexion feeling normal and looking dewy, rather than feeling tight and looking dull.
Vitamins: Emergen-C 1000mg Vitamin C, 95p each at Holland & Barratt
Packed with a whopping 1000mg of Vitamin C, as well as a host of nutrients and antioxidants, these dissolvable sachets give me an instant boost. In either Lemon Lime or Super Orange flavours, they taste good and are only 25 calories.
Kirby Grips: Grips, £9.29 at Sally’s Express
Whether I’m having a bad hair day, need to get my fringe out of my face (for a serious bout of concentration), or just want to pop my hair up for a night out, there’s almost no hair dilemma that can’t be solved with a Kirby. Which is why I have a scary number of them within reach at all times.

Multi-purpose Balm: Lucas’ Pawpaw Ointment, £12 at Cult Beauty
I couldn’t even count the number of times I dip in to this throughout the day. It stops my lips from drying out in the office air conditioning. 
Face Oil: Aromatherapy Associates Fine Line Face Oil, £41.50
I keep this within reaching distance more for the smell than anything else. When I’m feeling a little stressed I warm a drop between my palms and breath it in deeply. The office air conditioning tends to dry my forehead out so I sporadically work a drop or two in to my skin.
Perfume: Diptyque 34 Boulevard Saint Germain, £85 for 100ml edt
Before dashing out of the office (usually running late for a launch), I, without exception, have a quick spritz of this. It’s a ‘grown up’ scent that makes me feel prepared for whatever I’m about to do.
Hand Cream: Green & Spring Intensive Hand Cream, £12
I am always testing products on the back of my hands so they are washed and dried frequently. I love this hand cream because it restores some of the moisture I’m constantly washing away and it doesn’t leave my skin greasy.

This hand cream smells amazing and absorbs quickly (so no greasy fingerprints on my keyboard). Perfect if you’re in need of a mid-afternoon pick-me-up.
Nail Polish: OPI Nail Laquer in Radiance, £16.75 at Lena White
I’m never far away from a great nail polish and this silver shade is my current favourite. It seems to dry in an instant so I can easily get away with doing a quick desk side polish. In my lunch hour of course…
Perfume: Jo Malone English Pear and Fresia Cologne, from £36
I can’t get enough of this – it’s a constant presence on my desk and I rarely leave the office without a quick spritz.

I couldn't be without this brilliantly comprehensive concealer kit. Not only does it have different shades of creamy cover up that I can blend to suit my skintone, it has minis of Benefit's failsafe illuminators too, so not only can I look blemish-free, I also add a little radiance.
Perfume: Maison Martin Margiela Untitled, £61 at Selfridges
This unusual fragrance is my go-to if I have appointments or launches throughout the day. It's bursting with green notes so feels instantly fresh and vibrant.
Cuticle Oil: Sally Hansen Maximum Growth Cuticle Pen, £5.61 at Boots
Although I love polish I'm not very good at keeping my nails underneath in great condition. This handy pen requires no effort and the oil absorbs quickly, leaving my nails looking healthy and polished.
Palette: Nars Blush Bronzer Trio, £39
This compact has everything I need for an instant pick-me-up - a matte, honey hued bronzer; dreamy peach blush that gives the healthiest flush; and an illuminator that I use to add luminosity to brow, and cheek bones.
