Kat Von D just announced perhaps the most unexpected beauty collaboration of all time. The beauty mogul is teaming up with Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong to release a new liquid eyeliner called—what else?—Basketcase.
The new eyeliner was teased on Kat Von D's Instagram stories yesterday. It looks like it's going to be a black liquid eyeliner—but that's all we know so far. Though Armstrong and his bandmates are well known for their affinity for black liner, we always assumed they used a pencil or kohl formula.
If Basketcase is anything like her cult-favorite tattoo liner—the inkiest, darkest, most long-lasting liner out there—then we're sure it's going to be good.
