Cheryl kicks up a storm

With her fragrance debut

Our August cover star, the newly married Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, launched her debut fragrance, Storm Flower, last night in London.

We caught up with the Northern beauty ahead of the big reveal to talk about her new venture.

‘It’s something i’ve wanted to do for so long so now,' she confessed. 'When I got the opportunity I was like, finally!’

She added: ‘My first fragrance memory was making my own perfume with my sister by leaving rose petals in water.

'Now, I love floral, fresh and clean smells, which is what you’ll get with my new fragrance.’

To us, it smells of balmy summer nights – a great holiday scent.

Cheryl on beauty:

‘I used to be a sun-worshipper but now I wear SPF30 religiously.’

‘When my skin feels dry and I’ve been hectic with traveling and shoots I slather on E45 cream [£2.39].’

‘The best hair tip I’ve ever learnt is to blowdry my hair upside down, tie it into a top-knot and sleep in it. The next day it has a really nice wave.’
