After more than 30 backstages and 100+ briefs from makeup, hair and nail influencers, it's goodbye to London Fashion Week. Here's the lowdown from the last day.

Make-up look of the day: Matching eyes and mani at Michael van der Ham. "She's Lady Purple," said MAC's Sam Bryant.

My highlight: The double hit of Louboutin at Michael van der Ham: plum Lady Danger manicures and sky-high Mary Janes. Amazing.

I wore: Black and blue. Which I'm feeling too after the scrum backstage at some of these shows.

I loved: Sharon Dowsett for Maybelline's method of getting that 'it's like the girls did it themselves' backstage reference at Ashish... The models DID THEIR OWN MAKEUP. "There's even a bit of lipstick on your teeth," she praised Cheyenne Maya Carty.

I miss: The ELLE Beauty Burberry black cab (christened Burbsmobile) already.

I laughed: A lot. When Sam McKnight unveiled his magic hair ingredient for Anya Hindmarch's slick Teddy boy quiffs. Check out the unmentionable on the pomade, sourced from Japan no less.

Next stop, Milan...
