There was a whole lot of nothing at Paris Fashion Week - no make-up make-up looks reigned supreme. But among the beautiful simplicity were looks that were unashamedly bright, edgy and even handsome.

Make-up artist Val Garland was inspired by women today when she created this barely-there, yet beautiful make-up look. At the corner of each eye Garland used a flat, square brush to paint on a graphic slick of pearlescent, translucent shimmer that caught in the light.

A red pout just will never go out of fashion - three products were used to create that punchy pout: MAC Pro Crimson Lipmix all over, MAC Dare You Lipstick to define the edges and MAC Pro Basic Red Pigment to get that matte, velveteen texture.
