This is the girl who would pair blue nails with red lips and carry a vanity case instead of a clutch welcome to the wonderful world of the English Eccentric.
Bold lips, soft eye – it’s the rule. But this pretty yellow shadow makes a change from the usual taupes and nudes and the colour will brighten and open up your eye.
You can’t get much more British than Penhaligons (the founder William Penhaligon became perfumer to the royals in 1901) and this floral fragrance, which they claim is their ‘most extravagant’, is packed with the scent of petals and lingering vanilla.

Blue is the nail colour to be seen in this season and it’s suitably quirky, too. Team with red lips and a ditzy floral dress.
We admit, it was the starry packaging that reeled us in, but turned out the content’s pretty amazing, too. Dab this highlighter onto cheek and brow bones with the brush and blend with your finger for a dewy, English rose complexion.
