The neck and décolleté can be the first areas to show the signs of ageing, as the skin is thinner, often neglected and overexposed to the elements. All these factors can lead to pigmentation, loss of tone and a lined appearance. Skincare brand Mama Mios co-founder Tanya Kazeminy has shared with us her top tips on how to get your chest looking its best, plus we give you the low down on ELLEs favourite products.

Problem: Loss of Tone
You need to take preventative measures against loss of tone and even worse, sagging. Mama Mio’s Boob Tube has CoQ10 which repairs and prevents collagen loss to keep skin strong, while a mix of antioxidant rich oils including sweet almond and avocado improve elasticity. The shea butter also acts like latex keeping everything in place throughout the day to plump and lift the skin. Clever.
Tanya’s top tip: Work out. Try exercises that target pecs, biceps and triceps every day for one month to improve the look of your chest and bust.

This rich cream is part of Clinique’s hard-hitting CX range. The main ingredient is Whey Protein which stimulates collagen production, leading to firmer skin and fewer wrinkles. You’re also betting on the future with this cream - antioxidant rich Vitamin C and E, plus Green Tea extract help protect the delicate skin from further damage.
Tanya’s Top Tip: Did you know your décolletage skin is very similar to the skin around your eyes? It’s thin and delicate with very little strength and elasticity. You need to use a bust, décolleté and neck cream everyday from your twenties.
