Solange has been upping her make-up game as of late.

We already know her clothes are on-point, but recently she has been putting painterly strokes of bold colour over her lids and we live for it.

Sometimes it's Simpson cloud-esque.

And sometimes it's a Jardin Majorelle blue in haphazard smudges.

She even served us this look on the cover of our sister mag.

The woman can do things that we didn't think humanly possible, like wearing wool...only wool.

Or dry cleaning bags, and look cool. Like, painfully cool.

Well yesterday, while the rest of us ate like we were about to hibernate for the winter, Solange attended New Orleans' Mardi Gras looking...dare we say it? Fierce.

In festival gems which have the rest of us looking joyfully basic in, she elevated the look to couture levels.

By placing clear gems, with sporadic oranges, pinks and greens, evenly across her lids and forehead, she looked like a high-fashion fairy.

And because she's the kind of person who can make yellow latex socks look chill, she didn't stop with the makeup.

Her hair was accessorised with green feathers which swayed in the breeze.

And a colour-blocked outfit of a pink origami bardot and red palazzo trousers.

None of those fugly plastic beads for the trendy one.

And thankfully, we now have a fresh look for Glastonbury.
