Cheryl on beauty:

‘I used to be a sun-worshipper but now I wear SPF30 religiously.’

‘When my skin feels dry and I’ve been hectic with traveling and shoots I slather on E45 cream [£2.39].’

‘The best hair tip I’ve ever learnt is to blowdry my hair upside down, tie it into a top-knot and sleep in it. The next day it has a really nice wave.’

‘In the US I get my hair done at a salon called 901 – they always look after me.’

‘On my days off, I live in pyjamas or a onesie and drinks lots of cups of tea with biscuits. I share them with my dog.’

‘I haven’t worked out for months as I’ve been so busy with X Factor but I have been following the Tracy Anderson Method for years.’
