As part of department store Liberty's #whatsyourissue) the store is holding talks and workshops addressing the issues of modern city living and ELLE's Amy Lawrenson will be talking about her Runstreak this Thursday 13 March at 6pm.
Our Associate Health and Beauty Editor started her Runstreak last April - a challenge that sees her run at least one mile every single day for a year. The journey has pushed her to run half marathons, sign up for the London Marathon and even to run an Ultra later this year.
She'll be talking all about her Runstreak and how to fit exercise into your busy working day this Thursday. Tickets cost £10 and are redeemable in the beauty hall on the night.
