The singer kept her fans informed via Twitter of her changing hair, first Tweeting to say, 'Im gonna leave one streak of bad by my left ear. Lady when its down, and Gaga when its up. could we belong together?' She then went on to add, 'Definitely feeling less blond lately and little more progressive brunette. I am LOUIS VUITTON BROWN. BITCH THATS LV', in reference to Louis Vuitton’s house colour. Trust Gaga, she couldn't just be a chestnut brown...
Five hours later Gaga instagramed a picture of her freshly dyed hair with the caption, 'And this is how it looks up!! (I know this is boring) but fun!'
And a mere four hours after that Gaga decided to 'do away' with the blonde streak she had wanted to keep just hours before, saying 'feeling like a purist. gosh i forgot what it was like to have soft hair!'
Unlike Miley Cyrus who tweeted about her drastic hair change and received a slew of negative comments on the social media site, Gaga was getting plenty of Tweets from her little monsters who wanted to get the star’s new look. Gaga explained, 'its a bit of a process...and depends on if your lifting or darkening your color...look in the natural browns, experiment missing with pink+ lavender toners. fun to just paint on hair! @faspiras + i did it together! #ARTPOP’
It's a refreshing change for the singer, but we can't see this more, as Gaga puts it, 'boring' hair colour lasting though, can you?
