HAIRraising was founded by John Frieda to unite the hairdressing industry in raising £1 million towards new operating theatres at Great Ormond Street Hospital. With top names such as John Frieda, Michael Van Clarke, Daniel Hersheson and Charles Worthington all offering half-price services you can get a great cut and do something worthwhile – definitely worth missing T4 for.
If you don’t live in London, you can encourage your own salon to take part in the scheme to raise money for the charity or donate via the HAIRraising website gosh.org/hair-raising any time up until 31 August 2010.
