Supermodel Poly, 25, has said of her new role as international spokesperson, 'It’s not a coincidence that I’ve taken on this role with L’Oréal Paris. Before becoming a model, I dreamed of being a professional make-up artist! I’ve always loved cosmetics and I always need to have my L’Oréal Paris products backstage at fashion shows’. Adding, ‘My dream came true. I’ve reached a point where I can actually send a message to people, saying to them, ‘You’re worth it—we’re worth it.’

The Russian model began her career at 15 when she won a modelling competition in Moscow, before making her catwalk debut in 2004 with Emanual Ungaro. Since then she has walked for 54 fashion houses including Jean Paul Gaultier, Yves Saint Lauren, Roberto Cavalli and Valentino. Poly built up her spokemodel credentials fronting campaigns for brands like Calvin Klein and Victoria's Secrets before catching the eye of L'Oreal Paris.

“Natasha has a magnetic beauty that has established her major presence on the fashion scene in just a few years. Stunningly beautiful, our new Russian icon has a glamorous, edgy sense of style, complemented by a striking personality. I am thrilled to welcome one of the worlds’ most talented supermodels who had truly made her outstanding density”, says Cyril Chapuy, Global Brand President of L’Oréal Paris.

While Poly swears by L’Oreal Youth Code Lumiere, ‘It refreshes your skin. I massage it in every morning’ she says. It's believed her first job for the brand will be fronting an ad campaign for Elnett hairspray, which Poly will know only too well - it's a backstage essential during fashion weeks.
