Rihanna was busy tweeting earlier today to say she was back to work on her first magazine cover of the year. The twit pic she shared with followers showed the star with newly blonde, longer tresses. After plenty of compliments from her followers including @FireBombFenty who said 'you always look so happy as a BLONDE that's why i love it :)'. The star went onto explain via her Twitter account that the new look was a ‘bleach + weave’ and that it was for a US ELLE shoot.
The new hairstyle is similar to a blonde wig she wore on stage at the London leg of her Loud tour last year. She (and the US ELLE team) clearly loved the look so much they wanted to recreate it.
