YSL (and the A-list) prove the crop is here to stay...

Crop hair

Short, cropped hair is here to stay. But instead of the asymmetric (typically 60s) ‘pob’ made famous by Posh last year, the new bob hair style is more fashion forward thanks to YSL who has made the glossy, pudding bowl cut the look of next season.

The celebs have certainly taken notice - Reese Witherspoon flaunted a newly bobbed hair style last month, Eva Longoria stepped out with her locks cropped last week and now Hayden Pannetiere has followed suit with a neat blonde crop. They all know the bob is the perfect, now style to add a chic and modern edge to floral prints and summer dresses. For autumn lets hope they ramp it up and make a bolder statement YSL style - to turn heads this season, the perfect collar length, pudding bowl crop is essential.

Not only that, but Elizabeth Arden’s beauty savvy team will be available to answer all your beauty queries and to dispense their need-to-know advice. Plus, if you book your visit through ELLE and quote the code ELL1, you will be in with the chance to win an Elizabeth Arden Intervene 3in1 Daily Cleanser, which miraculously cleanses, exfoliates and primes the skin. So maybe we can end up with Lily Donaldson’s flawless complexion after all…
