I was drawn to the sleek and simple packaging of this foot cream purely for how good it’ll look on my bathroom shelf. I also like that the product is natural and the brand aims to be eco-friendly.
Pros:
Due to its thick consistency I decided to apply overnight, but, surprisingly it was easily absorbed. Waking up with baby soft feet proved it worked quickly and effectively. I’ll definitely buy this product again.
Cons:
It smelled slightly medicinal and although I would pay for this cream because it was so good, it is a little pricey.

This large bottle of foot cream - you get 200ml - is great for keeping on your dressing table. The product itself has a lightly fruity and fresh smell.
Pros:
It’s light and absorbed quickly without greasiness. My feet felt noticeably softer the following morning - I’ll be using it every day while I have to bare my feet.
Cons:
Although this foot cream comes from a very well-respected foot expert, it’s a bit too expensive for me.

A handy tube small enough to take away with you. The balm is nicely minty and refreshing.
Pros:
It's a really light and silky cream that absorbs almost instantly into the skin without leaving it feeling greasy. The Chinese mint is cooling and refreshing.
Cons:
The texture is light, so if you’re used to heavier foot balms this will not cut it. My feet were left feeling softer, but I felt I needed something richer and heavier to really penetrate the thicker layers of dry skin.

This comes in a generous quantity but not so big that I can't pack it away with me when I go on holiday. While most foot creams leave you smelling like peppermint, this had hints of shea butter and thyme.
Pros:
I’m used to using heavy-duty creams that leave my skin feeling greasy, but this was light enough that it didn’t leave an oily film, yet rich enough to hydrate my feet. I noticed a difference immediately.
Cons:
Slightly on the steep side price-wise and a tad more costly than my regular foot cream, however, the size of the bottle and the small amount needed justifies the extra expense. A definite hero product.

A very innocuous looking tube, quite plain packaging so it doesn't jump out at me but equally looks quite medicinal and serious looking, I feel like this ought to work just looking at it. The thick cream smells slightly minty, but not too overpowering.
Pros:
My feet felt instantly smooth and soft. The next morning I could still feel its benefits despite only one application, so I’ll definitely keep at it.
Cons:
Although it absorbs well this left my hands so greasy I had to wash them twice (!) to get rid of the residue. My feet also felt a little sweaty and slippery after application so I would recommend using it at night so you can rinse off any residue in the shower the following morning.

This light, lemon-scented, lotion make this the perfect buy for summer.
Pros:
It doesn’t leave skin greasy, plus it’s multi-purpose - you can use it on hands, legs or feet which is a bonus. Applied to towel-dried feet it further softened my cracked heels, so I could use a foot file to slough away at them with ease.
Cons:
To get the most out of this cream you need to use it on pre-softened feet (a bath or shower will do). On dry feet I just don’t think it would have much impact on a cracked heel. Oh, and if lemon desserts are not to your taste, this cream probably won’t be either.

This foot cream comes in a handy tube, great for storing in your gym bag or beside your bed for applying after a long day.
Pros:
Right away, the spearmint scent with a hint of lemon made me relax. Slightly cooling, it was suitably thicker and creamier than standard body creams. Kneading it into my feet after a long day in heels felt therapeutic and like an escape, all from the comfort of my bed. I woke up with noticeably softer feet.
Cons:
I’ve never been a fan of creams designed to soften or smooth specific parts of the body - the feet, after all, are connected to the body, so my ol’ trusty cream should work just as well on my toes as on my elbows . Right? Well, maybe, but Dr Hauschka’s Fitness Foot Cream is far more enjoyable than slathering on the E45.
