Running can be fun and the Doitforcharity Santa Run 2013 is the perfect example. At 11am on the 8th December in London's Victoria Park, you can run either 5k or 10k for the charity of your choice. We heard about it from the team at Kids Company, a great charity worth knowing about. It costs £22 and for that you secure your place and a Santa costume to run in. Charity places are extremely limited so most will ask that you raise £100 or more to take part (thats 20 people sponsoring you just £5 each).
After the race we recommend you hot-foot it to the nearest pub for a warming mulled wine and mince pie, just dont forget to take a carrot home for the reindeer.
