If you're one of those people prone to butter fingers or a lack of concentration, take note because this is what true hand-eye coordination is.

The hypnotic video shows Assar carefully draw henna paste on a woman's forearm and hands – including dots, loops, swirls, lines and intricate patterns – before taking to the model's feet to repeat the process.

The artist uses the 5,000-year-old traditional art form by incorporating modern influences such as hip hop designs, animals and flowers for the Indian brides.

Assar posts her creations on social media to explain how she created the artistic patterns and the bespoke elements included in her customer's designs.
