Less than three months after welcoming her third child, Hayes Alba Warren, Jessica Alba is indulging in some well-deserved 'me time' and testing out Instagram's latest face mask obsession to find out whether it's really worth the hype (and money).

On Sunday evening, the actress shared her step-by-step guide to her skincare ritual which involved experimenting with beauty bloggers Marianna Hewitt and Lauren Gores Ireland's new Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask.

Following a relaxing bubble bath and using her own brand Honest Beauty Detox Mud Mask, the 36-year-old tested out the newly released Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask.

Sephora's website describes the product as a 'one-of-a-king hydrating cream ask' which is a 'rich combination of ceramides, vitamins, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory ingredients that help to combat puffy, inflamed, over-worked skin'.

Monday morning puffiness, dull and blotchy skin – be gone!

Sharing her beauty ritual to Instagram Stories, the star applied the creamy formula onto a freshly washed and dried face and left the product work its magic for approximately 10 minutes.

As you can see from Alba's Stories, the mask applies as white on skin but dries clear, leaving you to wipe off any excess as needed without having to rinse.

The result? Flawless and glowing skin.

Alba took to her social media to congratulate the bloggers on their new product.

'Congrats! If feels great on the skin,' she captioned her post.

The mask only launched last week and has already become one of Sephora's best sellers.

It has already amassed 4.5 stars with almost 7,000 customers giving incredible reviews about it on Sephora.com, cementing the product as a skin-care best-seller and rivalling fan-favourite, Drunk Elephant T.L.C Sukari Babyfacial.

It's even sold out on Summer Fridays' website! Buy yours on Sephora's US site, here.
