Situated in the peaceful rural area of Wokingham, Reading, Nirvana Spa is the largest Day Spa in the U.K.
There are so many rooms to explore here, that you can easily while away the hours without ever having to book a treatment. From the hydrotherapy room and tropical themed pool, to the saunas, steam rooms and gym, there’s plenty to explore and enjoy. Magazines and newspapers are freely available if you’re more a lounger than a swimmer, and there are healthy salads and snacks on the menu as well indulgent treats to enjoy in the garden café.
We recommend the Celestial Back Massage, £32.30 for 25 mins, a hot stone massage that works deep into your muscles, which we guarantee will leave you completely relaxed. After this, instead of making your way to the relaxation room, take our advice and give the floatation pool a go – here you can easily drift off for 45 minutes.
With so many facilities and well priced treatments this is a great spa to treat your partner or mum to.
