Perfectly located for West Londoners, just off Shepherds Bush Green, this sleek modern spa inside the K West hotel is perfect for hotel residents or locals who need to escape London’s crowds for a few hours of peace.

Perhaps not housed in the most private or secluded space (a corridor runs through the spa that is used by hotel guests as well as spa visitors), K Spa can boast an extensive treatment list as well as contemporary facilities that make it one of West London’s best destinations for getting great results.

Rooms including the ‘sun meadow’, where you receive light (not tanning) treatments for a sun-kissed glow and the deep relaxation room, complete with s-shaped beds and personal music systems, just go to prove this point.

We recommend the K Spa Signature Ritual, £390. A decadent treatment that starts with body brushing and exfoliation on a water bed which allows you to float, easing pressure on joints and adding to the relaxation. This is followed by a nourishing, mud body wrap, and after a brief trip to the shower room, the full body massage, hot stone facial and Indian head massage are all pure bliss.

The usual treatment and grooming list is available at K Spa and herbal tea and water are complementary. There is also a gym for the more energetic visitor.
