This beautiful sea front, four-star hotel is without a doubt, one of Brighton’s finest boutique lodgings, and its small, basement boutique spa specialises in fab holistic treatments including hot stone therapies and herbal-based ESPA treatments and products.

The intimate and relaxed space, with lots of dark wood and a Moroccan inspired décleor, mirrors the style of this beautiful hotel. It’s great for couples as the spa caters for both men and women and has the option of a double therapy room. The atmosphere is peaceful and serene and although the spa is small it has a good sized sauna, steam room, relaxation room and an additional gym.

There is a wide range of treatments available from quick, bespoke, results-focused ‘problem area’ sessions, to the more luxurious, holistic packages that include hot stones and salt scrubs. The hot stone treatments in particular are not to be missed and can help to alleviate any common muscle aches. The treatment list is fully comprehensive and the therapists highly skilled, so whatever your specific needs you should find the perfect treatment at Lansdowne Place.
